Organising a reception for over 1,200 guests at the Amman Citadel—one of Jordan’s most iconic and historically rich landmarks—was both a tremendous privilege and a unique logistical challenge. Perched atop one of the seven hills of Amman, the Citadel offers breath-taking panoramic views of the city and is steeped in thousands of years of history. Bringing this extraordinary venue to life for a large-scale event required thoughtful planning, creative problem-solving, and precise execution.
